how to shop online

Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy. You may always view the items you have added to your cart by clicking "view cart" button on the brown menu bar at the top of any page.

Once you are viewing the contents of your cart, you may adjust quantities in your cart by changing the number to the left of items, and then by clicking "update cart" after all quantity adjustments have been made. You may remove any item from your cart simply by checking the box 'remove', then click on 'update cart'.

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart, click on the “secure checkout” button in your shopping cart. It's that easy!

shopnicola.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We also accept eChecks and PayPal payments. Shopnicola.com currently does not accept checks by mail, cash, or money orders.

item availability / what does 'Pre-order' mean?

Any item labeled 'Pre-Order' means that the manufacturer is backordered with this particular item. Because the backorder is usually due to popularity, by Pre-Ordering you exclusively RESERVE your handbag prior to arrival and have it shipped directly to you once received.

Generally, the item will become available and in stock within 2 weeks
unless otherwise noted on the product page. If you order a 'Pre-Order' item, the estimated date of arrival will be posted next to the item. Although rare, if the actual shipping date exceeds 1 week from the date posted and you prefer not to wait, you may exchange for different style/color or cancel the order for a full refund. Please note that we will only accept order cancellations 1 week after the posted ship date.

If you have any questions regarding 'Pre-Order' items, please inquire by emailing service@shopnicola.com so we can address any questions or concerns you may have before you purchase.

For all orders: although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered before our website updated, we will notify you via e-mail. If you prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock, you may exchange for a different color of the same style or cancel the order for a full refund. Any changes will be reflected and adjusted in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

why do you use PayPal as your credit card processor?

do I need to have a PayPal account to order on your site?

No, a PayPal account is NOT required to purchase. PayPal is only our credit card processor. If you choose, at the end of your transaction you will have the option to save your information and use it to open your very own free PayPal account. THIS IS COMPLETELY OPTIONAL.

can I track my order?

We ship via USPS Priority Mail (or First Class if within the state) with Delivery Confirmation service. You will receive the Delivery Confirmation number in your shipping confirmation email. You may track this number online by visiting: www.usps.com. Although you cannot track your package every step of the way with this service, it does confirm the date and time the package was sent. You can then expect your package 2-3 days from the date is was shipped.

general shipping guidelines

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 PM MST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 24 hours pending product availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 3 PM MST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM MST on Fridays will begin processing on the following Monday. Shopnicola.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability.

• USPS Global Priority - USPS and shopnicola.com provide delivery to more than 50 destination countries. Most shipments to Europe or Asia are delivered within 4 to 6 business days after leaving shopnicola.com.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges include brokerage fees but do not include taxes or duties. Contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from shopnicola.com, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to shopnicola.com. 1) If it is your desire to return a product, please know that Returns/Exchanges are only accepted on items that are in the same condition with which it was received -FREE FROM DEFECT, UNWORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Additionally, YOU MUST REQUEST A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER before shipping any Returns/Exchanges by contacting: service@shopnicola.com. Within the RMA request, please include your name, transaction ID, and the item you with to Return/Exchange.

2) Return items must be returned to us in its original packaging and be received by us within 10 days from the date your order was received. If the return meets the return conditions (see above), the purchase will be charged back to the same credit card used for the purchase less 20% for shipping expenses and credit card transaction fees incurred in the transaction. Returns not meeting the return critera will be refused. Returns received after our regular policy will be charged a 30% re-stocking fee. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days, no exceptions. We carefully inspect all merchandise before shipping. However, in the rare of event a manufacturer defect is detected, we must be notified within 3 days of receiving your item at: service@shopnicola.com. how do I proceed to make a return/exchange?

when can I expect my credit card to be refunded?
